LAB brewmaster Roger “Dr Hops” Bott
Roger has been brewing for half of his 34 years on this planet including stints in Holland and Belgium. Combining a scientific background with an outside the box creative approach to brewing, Roger has created a unique style that has led to many awards and first place finishes in brewing competitions.
