LAB brewmaster Roger “Dr Hops” Bott
Roger has been brewing for half of his 34 years on this planet including stints in Holland and Belgium. Combining a scientific background with an outside the box creative approach to brewing, Roger has created a unique style that has led to many awards and first place finishes in brewing competitions.
Taste Terminal host and Certified Cicerone Jace Milstead
Jace has been dubbed the “Diane Sawyer” of the beer industry for landing interviews with numerous industry personnel including Kim Jordan of New Belgium Brewing, Jim Koch of Boston Beer Co., and, of course, Roger Bott of The LAB!
