The brewery itself is absolutely gorgeous and it’s a huge location with 111 acres of land devoted to the brewery activities. This brewery opened in 2017 and has been leaving a positive impression ever since. It’s a family-friendly and enjoyable place to visit. 

Not only is Cowbell Brewery craft beer one of the leading industry choices in the art of brewing but they operate the brewery in an eco-friendly manner with sustainable operations and farm to table choices on the menu. 

The Brewery

When you pull up to Cowbell Brewery, you will find a huge venue that is 26,000 square feet. It’s a gorgeous facility with state-of-the-art design and architecture that also takes on a farmhouse appeal. 

The brewery restaurant is set up to seat up to 200 people and there are several private dining rooms available for events as well. They also have both indoor and outdoor seating options. Inside, you’ll find an open kitchen, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a historical stone fireplace. 

They have a small gift shop area as well where you can find logo gear as well as things like kegs, growlers, and beer to purchase (in cans). Cowbell Brewery gear as well as beer-inspired chocolate and candles can also be found. 

The brewery takes a strong emphasis on locally-sourced items even with their merchandise. 

The Food & Beer

If you’re coming to Cowbell Brewery to enjoy their infamous food and beer you won’t be disappointed. 

The Cowbell Brewery craft beer includes a variety of options and flavors. You will find IPA, ale, stout, and more. The brew master delights in their standing brews but also in making specialty brews and small-batch brews that people can certainly enjoy. 

If you get the chance, try out the Founders’ Series of brews. However, you can’t go wrong with most of them. The restaurant has 72 tap beers available to choose from. The Founders’ Series includes Country Kolsch, West Coast Red Ale, New World Hefeweizen, IPA, Nitro Oatmeal Stout, and Honey Brown Ale. 

The beer recipes certainly stand out and you will find that the ingredients vary to perfect the notes. They are known for creativity when it comes to brewing and the end results are typically new customer favorites.
