Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

This dish is simple to make and is filling. To make their recipe a person is going to need:

4 pork chops

3tsp salt

2tsp black pepper

1 onion, cut into strips

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 cup of water

Season the pork chop with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a man. Cook the pork chop until it is brown on both sides. Add the onion and the water. Cover with a lid. Reduce heat and cook the pork chop for 20 minutes. Turn the pork chops over. Cook until the onions turn light brown. Serve the pork chop with the onions.

Garlic Chicken

This is another great meal that can be made in no time on a busy weeknight. There is little work to be done to enjoy some good food.

Ingredients:

1 ½ pound skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut in half

¼ cup butter

6 clove garlic, crushed up

2 cups bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a saucepan melt the butter with the garlic. Drip the chicken into this mixture and then dip it into breadcrumbs.

Put the chicken into a greased baking dish. Add any leftover butter/ garlic sauce to the chicken. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.

Chorizo Tacos

This dish can be made in no time and will lighten up the week. It is simple and is great for a busy night.

Ingredients:

1 chorizo sausage link with the meat crumbled up

2 tbsp chipotle peppers with adobo sauce

4 tortillas

2 tbsp chopped onion

Mix the chorizo and the peppers including the sauce. Cook over medium high heat on the stove for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the chorizo from the heat. Warm the tortillas in the same pan for around a minute per side. Fill them with chorizo and onions.

Cherry Tomatoes with Angel Hair Pasta

Every dinner recipe collection needs a pasta dish. This is a simple and fresh dish.

Ingredients:

10 oz cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 tsp minced garlic

Salt

Pepper

4 oz angel hair pasta

3 basil leaves cut into strips

2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Mix the tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. At this time the tomatoes should be soft.

Boil the angel hair according to the directions on the package.

Put the tomatoes and basil in a pan over low heat. Add the pasta. Top with cheese.
