For example, The Essentials of Raw Cuisine course starts you off with the basics: how to make almond milk, how to properly open a fresh coconut (worth knowing even if you aren’t Tom Hanks stranded on a deserted island), how to make dumpling wrappers from that same coconut’s meat and even how to prepare and roll out your own raw cacao truffles!
