Last Friday, Eater LA reported on the opening of a gastropub by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay at The Grove in L.A. More details are out today for the 200+ seat restaurant, The Fat Cow, a partnership with chef Andi Van Willigan who worked as Ramsay’s sous chef on Hell’s Kitchen and also serves as Corporate Executive U.S. Chef for Gordon Ramsay Holdings. The menu offering is said to be European inspired cuisine using ingredients from all local farms featuring house cured meats, cheeses, specialty dishes from the farmers market, and in house desserts.
