Bon Appétit’s Vegas Uncork’d has announced the addition of three chefs: Alain Ducasse, Bobby Flay and Nobu Matsuhisa to the event lineup this coming May at yesterday’s record breaking wine uncorking. In celebration, 308 bottles of Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon were uncorked. Over 300 chefs and sommeliers gathered from Bellagio, Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Mandalay Bay and broke the previous uncorking record of 252. The event will be held May 10 – May 13, 2012 at four Las Vegas resorts: Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Mandalay Bay. Tickets are available at vegasuncorkd.com.
