Even more beer news are coming down the wire this afternoon. Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach, CA is hosting Santa Rosa’s Moonlight Brewing with a six course dinner and beer pairing on Monday, March, 12 starting at 6:30 PM. Beachwood’s owner Gabe Gordon plans to “incorporate molecular gastronomy techniques and exotic ingredient[s]” with the dinner. This event will also bring Moonlight’s owner Brian Hunt, who we had the pleasure of speaking with during San Francisco Beer Week. Brian, who almost never takes his brews outside of the Bay Area, will be onsite to talk about the beers selected for the dinner. The dinner is $100 per person with a 40 person seating limit (no parties larger than four).
