New York cuisine will be on display nationally as Clubcorp and Manhattan-based restaurant, Le Cirque, team up to bring cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Palm Springs a three course traveling dinner series. “An Evening with Le Cirque,” will bring Le Cirque to ten of ClubCorp’s family of private clubs around the U.S. From March 9 through June 1. Le Cirque’s new chef, Olivier Reginensi (pictured above), and members of the Maccioni Family (restaurant founders) will meet and greet attendees of the event.
Diners in each city will experience wines from around the world including: Antica Napa Valley Chardonnay from the Antinori family estate on Atlas Peak, Col Solare (Cabernet blend) from Washington’s Columbia Valley, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars ARTEMIS (Cabernet Sauvignon) from Napa, and Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Rose from France.
