Located inside Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, Society Cafe‘s Executive Chef Kim Canteenwalla is offering a three-course prix fixe menu for two ($120 per couple) on Valentine’s Day. “We strive to create a menu that will arouse the senses and help set the mood for a memorable romantic meal,” said Canteenwalla.
The menu begins with an appetizer of either lobster bisque served with puff pastry and a chilled seafood pairing of crab salad and shrimp cocktail, or roasted and shaved beet salad with arugula, poached pears, spiced pecans, and goat cheese fritters. For the entree, it is your choice between a roasted Jidori chicken breast with truffle mashed potatoes, white balsamic yellow and green beans, and roasted chicken jus, the roasted herb crusted sea bass with fingerling potatoes, and winter greens, or the surf and turf – filet mignon, butter-poached lobster, lobster croquette, and asparagus.
