Chef Brandon Boudet, serving up a Mardi Gras inspired menu at Dominick’s

Chef Brandon Boudet, a New Orleans native, is cooking up a Cajun-inspired menu to celebrate Mardi Gras from Saturday, February 18 through Tuesday, February 21. The menu will be available at both Brandon’s restaurants, Dominick’s in West Hollywood and Little Dom’s in Los Feliz, featuring Muffaletta Sandwich, Crayfish Pie, Mini King Cakes, and more (in addition to the regular menu).
