A “trust fall” can help you learn to work more efficiently with your teammates, but just in case your insurance doesn’t cover those types of accidents, Harvest Inn, located in Napa Valley, is introducing its Food and Wine Bootcamp. This four-hour event presents a different spin on company meetings by offering an interactive cooking class designed to focus on team-building and creative thinking.
Packages include an hour-long private wine tasting and tour of either Markham Vineyards or Frank Family Vineyards, as well a cooking class at the Culinary Institute of America‘s (CIA) Greystone campus. The class will present new and familiar cooking techniques while still offering time to taste what was prepared during dinner at the Chef’s Table.
Harvest Inn accommodations include guest room with a bottle of local wine, the Wine Country Kitchen’s daily breakfast, and a Napa-style three course luncheon. Harvest Inn’s Food and Wine Boot Camp is $629/person/day through April 15; $679/person/day through May 31 and $699/per person/day through August 26, 2012.
