The Tripel Burger created by chef Brooke Williamson and Nick Roberts from The Tripel in Playa Del Rey is an all-meat patty made with duck confit, pork and aged beef, topped off with truffle Pecorino, house made apricot jam and arugula encompassed between two pieces of onion brioche bun.
