Founded by former NFL coach Don Shula in 1989, the Shula’s Steak House Orlando is known for prime Angus steaks. Finish their 48 oz. Porterhouse steak, the “The Shula Cut,” in one seating and gain acceptance to the restaurants 48 oz. Club. A club that grants the issuance of exclusive bragging rights on-demand. 3. 20 Tacos in 40 Minutes at Poblano’s

Clearwater holds Poblano’s 20 Tacos in 40 Minutes. Pretty self explanatory, contestants need to clear their plates of 10 tacos at a time. So far, 13 have conquered the taco army and gained the lavish prize of paid-meal, T-shirt and photo. 2. The Kitchen Sink at Jaxson’s Ice Cream Parlour

This isn’t just a play on the idiom, they serve you an ice cream sundae in a real kitchen sink, plumbing and all. Servers at Jaxson’s Ice Cream Parlour in Dania Beach go to town throwing in whatever toppings they want like marshmallow, chocolate, strawberries, cherries, fudge and sprinkles. At $12.95 per person, with a minimum of 4, winners of the prize get to tell whoever will listen that they ate the whole damn thing. 1. Inferno Soup Challenge at Nitally’s

Nitally’s Thai-Mexican restaurant in St Petersburg has put fire in a bowl. The soup uses Ghost Peppers, the hottest peppers known to man. A pepper so dangerous the Indian government considered using them in non-lethal hand grenades. To mix is up, about a dozen peppers were also thrown into the soup. Finish this bowl in 30 minutes and earn the respect of being the first to win this challenge, oh yeah, plus $800. Just remember, all that fire has to come out some time.
