The Christmas Eve dinner by Executive Chef Chris Thompson will include a seven-course meal featuring Yellowtail Crudo with blood orange, yogurt, dill and fennel; Octopus Stew with potato, green olives and cecineri; and Grilled Swordfish with caponata, caper berries, golden raisins and pinenuts. Luce at the InterContinental San Francisco’s Chef de Cuisine Daniel Corey’s special four course menu will be served on Christmas Eve. Dishes will include Mendocino Uni and New Potato with smoked bonito, sesame, and white soy; and Roasted Breast of Squab and Leg Confit with quince, Brussels sprouts and pomegranate. Dinner is $85 per person or $130 per person with wine pairings! Oakland
A16 Rockridge in Oakland, CA will also be serving up a Christmas Eve dinner for those in the East Bay! Executive Chef Rocky Maselli’s Feast of Seven Fishes will include dishes such as Squid Ink Tonarelli with Dungeness crab, prosecco, crème fraiche, meyer lemon (photo featured); Mt. Lassen Trout roasted whole with Oregon white truffles and braised escarole; and Assorted roasted roots with honey.
