Join the James Beard Foundation for Taste America: Local Flavor from Coast to Coast in Los Angeles, CA. This five weekend festival promptly hits Los Angeles’ Union Station on Friday, October 11th and Saturday, October 12th featuring award winning chefs Rick Bayless, Nobu Matsuhisa, Michael Cimarusti, Jeremy Fox, and Karen Hatfield. Taste America’s weekend stint in Los Angeles includes a gala dinner on Friday to celebrate the LA culinary scene, Food trucks, and the Grand Concourse – a five course dinner and wine pairings created by participating all star chefs.
