“Ceviche Nights” from Chef Ricardo Zarate’s restaurant concept Paiche

Ceviche, ceviche, ceviche! Renowned chef Ricardo Zarate, most acclaimed for his innovative infusion of traditional Peruvian and Japanese styled techniques and flavors, along with Food GPS welcome guest chefs and breweries to traverse the art of ceviche during “Ceviche Nights” at Mo-chica in DTLA on Sunday, December 16th. The series is inspired by Zarate’s upcoming restaurant, Paiche, a seafood-focused cevicheria that will be debuting in 2013! At Ceviche Night, guests will be treated to Zarate’s inventive ceviche variations, which will include hot ceviche and ceviche prepared with non-traditional proteins, such as duck! Guest chefs Bryant Ng (The Spice Table) and Kris Yenbamroong (Night+ Market) will also be serving up their own takes on the dish, paired with tasting flights from Firestone Walker Brewing Co.
