At Ceviche Night, guests will be treated to Zarate’s inventive ceviche variations, which will include hot ceviche and ceviche prepared with non-traditional proteins, such as duck! Guest chefs Bryant Ng (The Spice Table) and Kris Yenbamroong (Night+ Market) will also be serving up their own takes on the dish, paired with tasting flights from Firestone Walker Brewing Co.
