The Northern Italian influenced cuisine at FigOly features dishes such as the Warm Buffalo Mozzarella topped with macerated strawberries and black pepper nestled into a bed mâche ($11); the Tagarin – pasta tossed with porcini and hen of the woods mushrooms, ricotta salata, cherry tomatoes, and Marsala ($16); the Brasato al Barolo – beef cheeks and oxtail paired with gorgonzola polenta, shallots, and sotto aceti ($27); and more. The outdoor terrace menu – the FigOly Al Fresco menu, includes dishes such as a variety of pizzas topped with pork shoulder sausage, Peewee potato, leeks, rapini, and Tallegio ($11-15); Meatball Sliders ($14); and dessert from Pastry Chef Joanne Ponvanit like the Cannoli Cheesecake with pistachio crust, salted caramel, figs brûlée, kumquat confit, and cinnamon gelato and the brioche Bomboloni served with peach-verbena tapioca, pomegranate essence, coconut cream, and smoked blossom($9).
As for the libations, Bar Chef Matthew Biancaniello has created a number of artisanal cocktails for guest enjoyment. The cocktail menu includes items like the Mamma Mia – a mix of tequila and muddled red bell pepper, scallion, cilantro, lime, agave syrup, and applewood-smoked salt; the Easter Island a mix of cucumber, Peruvian mint sprigs, and lime with the effervescence of ginger-spiked champagne; and more.
