Surrounding the hotel’s 26th floor BLUE pool deck, the fruits, herbs and flowers grown in the garden are combined with premium liquors in farm-to-glass cocktails that can be enjoyed at both BLUE rooftop pool bar and WP24 Restaurant and Lounge inside the hotel. Beverage Director, Klaus Puck, of WP24 Restaurant and Lounge will be taking full advantage of the cocktail garden and infuse fresh ingredients in seasonal cocktails. “In crafting the new summer cocktail list, we were inspired by the garden’s fruitful citrus trees and robust herbs- leading to the creation of fresh, innovative cocktails,” says Puck.
While the cocktail list will change seasonally, summer drinks that can be enjoyed include a Verbena Lemonade with Ketel Citroen vodka, Kalamansi lemon and house-grown verbena leaves and a Pineapple Mojito made with Bacardi Superior Rum, pineapple and freshly picked mint. 900 West Olympic Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90015
