After first opening in 1992, Spago Las Vegas in the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace celebrates its 20th anniversary while kicking off the 6th year of Vegas Uncork’d on May 10, 2012 from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM Hosted by Bon Appetit Editor-in-Chief Adam Rapoport and Wolfgang Puck, this lunch menu will be a collaboration between Wolfgang himself, Spago’s first Executive Chef David Robins, and Spago’s current Executive Chef Eric Klein.
