Cafe Del Rey and Inception Wines offer a four-course dinner menu

Cafe del Rey in Marina del Rey is offering a four-course prix fixe dinner menu created by Executive Chef Daniel Roberts along with a selection of Inception Wines‘ Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County on March 21 at 6:30 PM for $75 per person.

The menu will include passed Canapés of either House-Cured Salmon (wheat blini, lemon crème fraîche, and white sturgeon caviar) or Lobster Ceviche (mango, Serrano pepper, cucumber, vanilla, coconut water, and red bell peppers) with a ’09 Chardonnay. Each course features wine pairings and include Burrata (herb salad, Kumato tomato, baguette crostini, blood orange-infused avocado oil, and saba), Seared Foie Gras (seared ahi tuna, black tea, brioche croûte, and currant compote, with a Pinot Noir reduction), Sonoma Lamb (herb marinade, warm quinoa salad, pomegranate, and an English pea and mint purée), and a duo of Whipped Brie and Vanilla Mascarpone Tart with Pinot Noir-poached cherries, truffle-salted carob, and blackberry. 4451 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, CA 90292. 310-823-6395.
