Morgan Margolis, who opened Federal Bar, will open Bow & Truss in North Hollywood this May featuring “traditional Spanish influenced” tapas, cocktails and 10+ beers on tap. Chef Stefhanie Meyers will lead the kitchen, who previously served as Chef de Cuisine at the Federal Bar.
