Golden Road Brewing celebrates its new cask brew with a beer festival

Golden Road Brewing in Atwater Village will be releasing a new cask beer at a benefit and beer festival supporting the Whole Planet Foundation – a Whole Foods Market agency dealing with international poverty issues – on March 11 from 2 – 5 PM. Tickets include a souvenir glass (first 500 guests) and two beer tickets and can be purchased at the door or online for $20 per person (21+). Additional beer tickets can be purchased for $4.

Golden Road Brewery produces and distributes pint-size, canned brews to local markets in LA such as Point the Way IPA, Golden Road Hefeweizen, Either Side of the Hill (strong ale), and Get Up Offa That Brown brewed by Brewmaster Jon Carpenter, recently named Los Angeles 30 Under 30 by Zagat. This event will feature a raffle (3, 4, and 5 PM), tour of Golden Road’s Brewery (3:15, 4:15 PM), and a home-brew seminar (3:30 PM).
