Culver City’s Batch Restaurant & Bar‘s Executive Chef Salvador Roldan is about to lend chef Dan Moody, who served as sous chef to Ludo Lefevre at LudoBites, some real estate for five days for his upcoming pop-up kitchen. Starting tomorrow until Saturday, March 3, chef Dan will be cooking up a specialty menu including Banana Bread Pudding a la Bourbon Pecan Pie as dessert.
