We previously reported on the release of this highly sought-after beer at the Surly Goat and Verdugo Bar, but don’t you worry, those aren’t the only Southern California craft beer bars that have gotten the lucky allocation of Russian River Brewing Co.’s Pliny the Younger (10.50% ABV). This Triple India Pale Ale, brewed by owner Vinnie Cilurzo once a year is available at their Santa Rosa pub on the first Friday of February for only 14 days. The brewery only forks over a scarce amount of kegs to distinctive bars around the country. Here are four more locations to get a taste of the Younger in L.A. and O.C.

On Monday, February 20 at both Orange, CA and Pasadena, CA Haven Gastropub locations, Beverage Director and Managing Partner Wil Dee plans to release the Younger starting at 11 AM in Haven Orange with 100 – 8 oz. pours. Once that’s sold out, another 100 – 8 oz. pours will be available at Haven Pasadena starting at 5 PM. Will is planning to work out a ticketing system for both locations (first come, first serve). On Saturday, February 25 at 11:30 AM, 38 Degrees Ale House & Grill in Alhambra will be pouring the Younger but only if you purchase a flight of Russian River Beers. Tickets will be handed out upon arrival at the door. There will be 350 flights available. If they don’t sell out by 1 PM, second flights will be available for purchase.
