Okay, ignore the photo of chef Paolo Busi‘s Tiramisu from Alpine Tavern for now. You’ll get to eat it after a day at the Vail Racquet Club Resort. For $899, a couple can get a one-bedroom condo for two nights including two massages and use of the resort’s health club facilities, which include a 25 meter swimming pool, 3,000 square foot fitness center, steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, and yoga studio.
