Hitting the Las Vegas strip in the spring of 2012, will be TV personality and Michelin Star Chef Gordon Ramsay with Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Paris Hotel and Casino. Replacing Les Artistes Steakhouse, Gordon Ramsay’s contemporary steakhouse will seat up to 274 guests and include a large bar, chef’s table, and a private dining room.
Shifting the casino guests’ Parisian experience to the city of London, Gordan Ramsay Steak concept and design will reflect Chef Ramsay’s heritage. The restaurant will also offer guests a look at a specially created beef aging program created by Chef Ramsay in addition to traditional steakhouse cuisine, prime cuts of beef, and Ramsay’s signature dishes.
