Lions and Dim Sum coming to Sonoma

Sonoma Sister Cities Association and guests from the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China welcome the “Year of the Dragon” in their upcoming Chinese New Year’s Festivities, Saturday, January 21, 2012, from 1 PM to 4 PM at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. Celebrity Chef Martin Yan will demonstrate his cooking skills while KRON-TV Anchor/Reporter Catherine Heenan MC’s the festivities.

Festivities

The festival will feature traditional Chinese entertainment including lion dancing, a selection of Dim Sum and wine from Jacuzzi Family Vineyards and Cline Cellars; a silent auction featuring: a VIP tour of China, gourmet wine including a trio or rare Harlan Estate Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, unique vacation offerings, dining excursions, beautiful jade and silk treasures and other valuable auction items.

Tickets

Tickets are $60 per person. All proceeds will benefit Sonoma Sister Cities Association’s cultural exchange program with Chinese wine country sister-city Penglai, China.
