Want to learn how to create the perfect pasta from scratch? For two nights in January, Executive Chef Ian Gresik of Drago Centro in downtown Los Angeles will be teaching a class to those with a culinary curiosity on pasta. Chef Ian is no stranger to playing with dough as he started his professional career at Patina Restaurant as a pastry chef.
Attendees will be served in The Vault in Drago Centro with personalized pasta tasting and a beverage. Classes are $55 per person and kicks off Wednesday, January 18 at 5 PM.
