Planet Hollywood’s Planet Dailies and mixology lounge are slated to open in February 2012 at the Farmers Market in The Grove. The “high-tech” coffee shop will feature classic inspired diner fare with a modern twist from Chef David Springett.
Adjoining Planet Dailies will be Mixology101 the latest addition to the hand crafted cocktail scene. The cocktail and appetizer lounge with signature cocktails by European barman Salvatore “The Maestro” Calabrese and head bartender Joseph Brooke.
