Cayman Islands’ first cottage resort ‘Cotton Tree’ discounting rates

From January 3 through February 15, Cotton Tree will be offering a 15% discount on the first three nights at any Cotton Tree location to celebrate Slow Food Day. The inaugural event will be held on February 4, 2012 and is jointly sponsored by Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, Slow Food South Sound, and Cayman Islands Agricultural Society and others with the goal of raising awareness of Cayman’s food producers and their cuisine. The highlight is a farm to table dinner hosted at Michael Genuine’s Food & Drink with guest chef Jonathan Waxman.

Discounted rates, valid January and February 2012, require a three-night stay and start US $715 excluding government tax of 10%.
