Memorial Day Weekend is around the corner and celebratory barbeques are amongst us! This year, down your grilled meats with this refreshing Pineapple Cucumber White Sangria a la Napa Valley Grille!
Pineapple Cucumber White Sangria
Recipe yields one pitcher (6-8 drinks)
1 btl Pinot Grigio (or any dry white wine)
1 cup Little Black Dress Pineapple Vodka
2 Cucumbers cut into 1/4 in. chunks
1/2 Pineapple cut into 1/4 in chunks
1 cup lemon/Lime Soda (or citrus soda)
1/2 cup Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher. Let mix sit overnight covered in the refrigerator and served in iced glass. Garnish with a Pineapple wedge and Cucumber
