Join the folks at Bocanova’s “Vinoterica” Wine Club in Oakland, CA this Tuesday, June 18th at 7:00 p.m. for an evening of wine and salmon! Kick-off this summer season with their five-course, prix fixe menu that will highlight fresh, wild and sustainably harvested Pacific salmon with a Latin flair! Dishes will include salmon with sea urchin sauce, salmon ceviche, salmon empanadas and salmon chowder with quinoa. Carefully selected wines such as Txakolina rosé and Alsatian Riesling will be paired with each featured dish.
