CAFÉ del REY in Marina del Rey, CA welcomes Heaven Hill Distilleries to their exclusive “Shine by the Sea” dining event on Thursday, February 7th. Executive Chef Daniel Roberts will be dishing out an impressive four-course menu designed around the heavenly, bone-warming liquor itself. The menu will include Day Boat Scallops, Niman Ranch Pork Cheeks, Venison Rack and Spiced Ginger Bread. To top it off, each dish will be paired with its own hand-crafted bourbon cocktail!
