Barbequed pork and craft beers… A match made in piggy heaven? From Tuesday, December 18th until Sunday, December 23rd, Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach, CA will be celebrating its 6th Anniversary with their “WinterFest 2012” event. Each day after 5 p.m., Beachwood BBQ will serve up a pre-fixe, four-course menu for just $35 per person. You can rest assured this will include pork… and lots of it! Some of the featured menu items will include: Braised Pork Cheek (served with Brussels sprouts, pickled apples and turnip puree), Pork Belly Confit (with braised cabbage and a bacon gastrique) and even Bacon Pumpkin Pie with Whiskey Whipped Cream!
Don’t forget about the brews! Along with their “WinterFest 2012” draft list, consisting of world-class vintage and international holiday craft beers, Beachwood will also be releasing their 2nd special Anniversary beer, “Beachwood Six,” a smoked black saison, available in both bottles and draft.
