Hosted by a beautiful and talented drag queen, guests experience a refined meal in bed from Chef Guus Wickenhagen while watching various performers. The performances ranged from break dancers to an opera singer to an aerialist to a Michael Jackson impersonator, as well as the in-house DJ spinning to engage your senses. For the new fall menu, Supperclub patrons are invited to taste a variety of dishes from the Pan seared scallops with toasted hazelnuts, cauliflower puree, raisins, and celery leaves; the Crispy pork belly served with mint, scallions, cider syrup, pickled ginger, and bamboo shoots; the Rustic pacific halibut with fennel, celery puree, and diced zuchinni, potato, and tomato; and a freshing Kahlua and cream dessert topped with an almond tuile cookie.
