Ion Rooftop Bar and Lounge’s Taco Tuesdays features tacos for $3 each serving up the Grilled Fish Tacos with jicama slaw, Grilled Jerk Chicken Tacos with house‐made marinade and fresh herbs, and Grilled Skirt Steak Tacos with craft beer soy marinade, served with white or corn tortillas. And to spice up your taco your way is the custom salsa bar, showcasing a variety of salsas from the tomatillo salsa to the corn and black bean salsa and the mango-serrano salsa. Also available are fresh house made tortilla chips($3).
