Owner Brad Johnson of BLT Steak & Georgia and Executive Chef Govind Armstrong at Post & Beam in Baldwin Hills, CA introduced a brand new cocktail program yesterday. Headed and designed by mixologist Dan Warrilow(GM of Son of A Gun), Post & Beam will offer a cocktail selection featuring ingredients supporting local farmers and purveyors.
Some of the straightforward yet unique cocktails include “Strawberry Daiquiri” – housemade strawberry-infused Batavia arrack, honey, and lime; and the “Amaretto Sour” – rum, amaretto, and lime. Additionally, a variety of spirits, local wine, and craft beers have been chosen such as Stone Brewing Co.
