Hungry!

Jsix, an American cuisine restaurant consist of two parts: the lounge on the roof, and the dining room on the first floor. The lounge sits next to the roof-top pool serving up cocktails, wine, appetizers and bar bites.

The restaurant is inspired by the Slow Food movement and cooked up by Executive Chef Christian Graves. You’ll find dishes like the house cured charcuterie platter; Grilled Garlic Shrimp made with satsuma tangerine, grapefruit, radish, sunflower sprouts, and pepita seeds; and whatever seasonal ingredients Christian can source out locally, so guests can expect a constant evolving menu. Additionally, a 24 hour food menu from Jsix is available for room service.
