Executive Chef Justin Simoneaux‘s Southern influenced menu includes Deep-Fried Alligator; New Orleans-Style BBQ Shrimp; Southern Fried Chicken; Sweet Tea Brined Pork Chop; Mushrooms & Dumplin’s and some other new creations for $50 per person. Wine pairings available for an additional $20 as well as beer pairings for $15.
