Commonwealth Club's INFORUM lets you get inside the mind of select San Franciscan chefs

San Francisco is home to numerous talented artists and on February 16, Commonwealth Club’s INFORUM, in conjuction with Kitchit, will host a one-hour panel discussion with some of the faces behind the scene at local kitchens. This program will get you up close and personal with local chefs such as Brandon Jew of Bar Agricole, Brett Cooper of Outerlands, Michael Gaines of Central Kitchen, Evan Rich, formerly of Coi, and pastry chef William Werner. The forum will focus on San Francisco’s rich culinary tradition, innovative cooking techniques, and local products. Tickets for the panel are $7 for students and $25 for general admission. 595 Market St., 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105.

Monday, February 20th, the atmosphere gets less wordy as Bar Agricole hosts an exclusive dinner prepared by the INFORUM chefs. The five-course prix fixe menu will feature unique dishes from each of the panelists created especially for this event.

Tickets ($100 for Commonwealth Club members and $120 for non- members) will grant you access to the discussion as well as the dinner. The panel program will take place at 6:30 PM at the Commonwealth Club while the five-course dinner will take place from 7 PM to 9 PM at Bar Agricole off of Eleventh Street.
