I was recently in Tampa, FL and went to the famous Taco Bus for dinner where I had my first horchata. I know I am way behind, but what a fun drink. Although served cold, with the addition of cinnamon it kind of makes it a fall drink too. Its easy to make and makes a refreshing change. That’s the beauty of trying new foods while traveling, you get to come home and add a new recipe to your repertoire.
