Cannery Row Brewing Company in Monterey, CA recently announced the newest addition to their culinary staff, executive chef Daniel Furey. Chef Furey, a Connecticut native, joined the team in January and has been cooking up a storm in his new kitchen. Staying true to Cannery Row’s impressive selection of 70+ craft brews, the new menu will continue to feature beer-friendly starters, local seafood and house ground burgers.
“I look at the restaurant as a place where everyone can enjoy themselves, be it for watching a game with a sandwich and a killer West Coast IPA, or for a multicourse pairing dinner on the patio,” chef Furey says. “We serve food that is comforting and approachable, but done with solid a cooking technique, quality ingredients and a creative approach.”
