We all know that several of the best Californian-made wines come from Napa. Aside from Napa though, just who are the people behind these incredible wines? Starting this month, Silverado’s Royal Oak Restaurant in Napa, CA, will host the Winemaker Dinner Series, in which patrons will not only be able to feast on a four-course menu paired with a variety of specific Napa Valley wines but they’ll also be able to meet and interact with the featured winemaker themselves! To start off, the resort will be welcoming winemaker Ted Edwards of Freemark Abbey on Thursday, March 28th at 7:00 p.m. A featured dish that will be included in that night’s menu: Roasted Grimaud Farm Muscovy Duck Breast with Coke Farm sunchoke puree, black garlic duck jus and Sausalito watercress! For those looking to extend their Napa experience, the resort is also offering the Winemaker Dinner Series Package, which includes a one night stay, dinner experience for two and a complimentary personalized winery tour!
