The goods
At the Vosges Haut Chocolate boutique underneath the hand-carved Marrakesh arches and 17-foot high ceilings, sits a divided space of cafe, marketplace, and lab. Here guests enjoyed chocolates with a variety of pairings and dishes alongside champagne and chocolate stout.
Among the items served by the Abercrombie-esque models were warm pudding and bacon presented in beakers, chocolate, Taleggio, honey truffle on charcoal crackers, chorizo and warm melted chocolate on bread, chocolate dipped caramel marshmallow with crushed toffee served with a chocolate stout, and more.
Getting thirsty
Refreshments included Rose Kir Royales – Pearl Dust, Bulgarian rose syrup, champagne, and rose champagne truffle. Creative waters included infused cocoa water, sparkling and sweetened and a cilantro, cucumber, and honey dew with holly basil infusion water.
