The Royce in the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, CA has announced a temporary closure until March 15th, 2013. Shifting gears, The Royce will no longer offer the Californian cuisine patrons have come to know and will be showcasing their brand new concept, the new American wood-fired steakhouse serving up the finest selection of seasonal aged American Prime Beef, Australian Wagyu and Five Star Grade Japanese Kobe cuts alongside fresh seafood and steakhouse classics.  Saying bye bye to former Chef de Cuisine David Feau, The Royce embraces new chef, Chef Anthony Zappola who joins the Langham family from Tom Colicchio’s Craft restaurants in Los Angeles and Dallas.

While offering the same great wines paired with a new menu, The Royce and Chef Zappola will also be bringing back the tradition of Sunday Market Brunch in the spring. The Royce | Wood-Fired Steakhouse will be open for dinner Tuesday through Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. 1401 S.
