The newest entry to the nightlife scene is coming to the Financial District in New York. Demi Monde is a joint venture with David Blatt, Death & Co owner, David Kaplan, his business partner at Proprietors LLC, Alex Day. The three will be bringing their expertise to create the underground spot that accommodates 200 guests with seating for 120. Chef Phillip Kirschen-Clark creates the menu meant to be communally eaten or as a full dinner service. During the day, the spot will be serving coffee as Handsome Coffee Roasters at Demi Monde. Wall Street’s got one place for all of their daily drinks.
