12 Days of Christmas at Bruery Provisions

A different beer for sale each day

The Bruery Provisions in Orange, CA is having 12 days of beer releases starting December 13 and ending on Christmas Eve. The 12 Days of Christmas event will feature beers from the Bruery archives with 6 cases of 12 different vintage beers available for purchase each day. These are special brews, some haven’t seen shelves for a couple years, others have never been sold, and new barrel aged beers will be released.

The kick off starts tomorrow during their Toys For Tuesday event. Bring in a toy and you get the chance to purchase a bottle of 2011 Black Tuesday. There are only 250 bottles available so make sure your toy qualifies for the donation at Toys For Tots. 143 N. Glassell Ave, Orange, CA 92866.

Govind Armstrong, Eric Greenspan and more to appear at St. Croix Food & Wine Experience

St. Croix Food & Wine Experience 2012 held at St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, a five day food event bringing local chefs, celebrity chefs, and winemakers together has announced participating celebrity chefs including 8oz. Burger Bar’s Govind Armstrong, The Foundry’s Eric Greenspan, Top Chef’s Howie Kleinberg, Evelyn Paul, Orlando Santos, Ana Sortun, Roberto Treviño, Merlin Verrier, and Sue Zemanick. Tickets ranges from $50 to $5,000. The events support the St. Croix Foundation and other non-profit and educational organizations.

The Roxy Theatre launches own craft beer with Karl Strauss Brewing Co.

The Roxy on Sunset partnered up with San Diego based Karl Strauss Brewing Company with a beer called “No. 1″. The beer is described by Artist Direct as “medium-bodied golden ale with toasted malt flavors and a dry citrus hop character.” It’s available now, on tap. 9009 W. Urban Adventures, experiential day tour company, hits 50,000 customers

The travel company focused on offering a unique experience over typical sightseeing has announced their 50,000th customer. Founded in 2009, Urban Adventures is now “operating tours in a tick over 100 cities on six continents. All our operators are passionate, local perfectionists when it comes to inviting someone in to experience their cities from a local perspective.” They credit their success to the value that they provide to customers, which seems warranted given that 94% of travelers would rebook a tour with them. Miami’s Latin Burger teams up with their oldest bar Tobacco Road

Tobacco Road just announced that they will be serving the ever popular food, truck specialty Latin Burger.
